Pick Up & Delivery |
We have two standard delivery/pick-up times per day 10am and 2pm, to ensure that your documents get transported within one half business day of your request. Rush deliveries are available to most service areas within 1 hour from the time of request. |
Tracking |
Each box stored at our facilities is entered into our proprietary database, using client provided information such as box number and description. We are able to quickly locate and provide information regarding the status of every box in storage with a database generated box control number that is unique to each and every client box. Inventory reports are provided free of charge. |
Indexing |
An additional service offered to assist you in managing your documents. Upon request, the individual files within a box can be indexed with a separate database entry for each file. As with boxes, our database will assign a unique file control number to each file, greatly facilitating the tracking of individual files, saving you time and money. Inventory reports for indexed files are also provided free of charge. Please contact us for more information about this extra service.

Interfiling |
New individual documents can be inserted into previously stored files in your boxes at our facilities. New files can also be added to existing boxes, pending adequate space inside the box to accommodate the files. |
Retention/
Destruction |
When you include an annual destruction date in your box records, we will notify you yearly as to which documents you’ve decided it’s time to destroy. You then have the option of revising the destroy date, performing the destruction yourself, or allowing us to arrange it for you. We offer both Shredding and Recycling services. |
